Terms and Conditions

The following is the Terms and Conditions of Use of our website.  By continuing to place and order via this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale.  All orders placed via this website must be done in good faith, and are considered a promise to buy. All information you supply during the ordering process must be true and correct.

After you have submitted your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing your order details.  If there are any errors or wrong details, let us know within 12 hours.

All prices quoted on our web pages are current as of the date the product was generated by our system.  The prices listed on our shopping cart include all relevant taxes including GST, but do not include shipping costs.

Shipping costs are added as the customer proceeds through the checkout, this will also indicate if the item is too large to be sent via Australia post and will require delivery through our nominated carrier.

Goods sold by us are delivered to you by Australia Post and our nominated carrier, depending on the size and weight of the product. Delivery time varies depending on what part of Australia the goods are being delivered to.  A quick email requesting time and charges is recommended for large and heavy items, as Australia Post will only deliver up to 20 kilos.

At this stage we only offer Australian delivery but in certain requests we will send overseas - a quote will be required.

Any orders sent overseas delayed in customs must be dealt with by the purchaser residing in the relevant country, and any fees or charges incurred through customs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

In the event an item ordered cannot be supplied, we shall send you an email notifying the purchaser that the product is out of stock and provide an estimate time of arrival for delivery.  You may choose another item or alternatively your account will be credited using the same method of payment.

In the event you ordered the wrong size or style, a replacement / exchange will be processed as soon as the original goods have been received in the order that they were sent.  Any difference will be refunded via a Store Credit Voucher.  Postage will be added to the new order and responsibility of the customer.

If your order is found to be defective, please contact us and arrange an immediate return for exchange.  Any claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods.  Refunds in the form of a Store Voucher will not be given unless we are unable to supply the same goods in exchange.  Any freight costs incurred are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
